Terrace Development

This dual occupancy development in Sydney was designed to take advantage of a large property in a suburban community and create two luxurious terrace houses in a modern and minimalistic style.

Each terrace house had 3 ensuite bedrooms, lift, media room, double garage and luxurious kitchen with pantry and wine store.

Involved in each stage of the project from Concept, Space planning, Council Planning and Construction, we worked closely with the developer to achieve and maintain a high end quality of finish throughout.
